We use your data strictly to provide and maintain the service. We treat your project data—especially financial information, client details, and pricing—as Strictly Confidential.

Data Privacy: RAAIX staff do not access, view, or analyze your private project content or financial data in the normal course of business. Access is strictly limited to:

  • Technical support requests where you have explicitly granted permission.
  • Automated processing required to provide the service (e.g., generating invoices via your command).
  • Legal requirements where compelled by valid court order.

AI Processing: Data submitted to our AI tools may be processed by third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not use your proprietary project data to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
